Registration for Georgia Tech's 2018 National Robotics Week Open House and Tours will open on Thursday, February 1, 2018. Our event will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2018 from 9 a.m.–3 p.m.
The ninth annual National Robotics Week event will be held April 7-15, 2018. Georgia Tech’s open house will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 12th.
Since the launch of National Robotics Week in 2010, Georgia Tech has participated annually in the event by sponsoring an open house and conducting lab tours and robot demonstrations for middle and high school students and other members of the community.
Sponsored by Georgia Tech’s Institute for Robotics and Intelligent Machines (IRIM), our 2018 event features demos of new robots and labs, including the Robotarium.

Regardless of whether you are signing up for just one or both tour sessions, walking outdoors is a necessary component of this event. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather, which in Atlanta during spring may change without warning. Transportation will be provided to some of the more remote tour locations on campus.
Lunch will be held in the Marcus Nanotechnology Building in rooms 1116-1118. Guests have the option of bringing a brown bag lunch or visiting the Georgia Tech student center to select from a variety of options. The student center includes a food court and a commons area, and is centrally located on campus. Bottled water will be available to all guests.
